SHIPPING POLICY

Costume Vault currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, including Halloween and other high-volume seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: $10.00 per order
  • Express Shipping: $40.00 per order, when available

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Costume Vault’s reasonable control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Costume Vault is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or documentation. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, assist with available carrier claims or fulfillment remedies.

Costume Vault cannot guarantee the performance of third-party shipping carriers and is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Final Sale
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All merchandise sales are final in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, except where otherwise required by law or where Costume Vault approves a remedy for a verified fulfillment issue.

International Shipping
Costume Vault does not currently offer international shipping.
