Due to the nature of our products, Costume Vault does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, sizing information, colors, included pieces, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Because many Costume Vault items are limited-quantity or one-of-one merchandise, we cannot hold, exchange, or replace items once they have been purchased.

If your order arrives with a verified fulfillment error or an item is damaged in transit, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Approval of any remedy is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
