How do I choose the right size?
Each product listing includes a size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.
Are your costumes officially licensed?
Some products are officially licensed and clearly labeled as such. Others are described as "inspired by" a character, style or theme and are not officially licensed products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in processing.
